Scheduling & Appointments
Let your client book herself, any time
One link you share on WhatsApp or Instagram. She sees each stylist's availability, picks a time, and confirms. You find out once it's already on the books.
Scheduling comes on every plan, starting with Basic.
How your client books
- 1
She opens your link
Put it in your Instagram bio, your WhatsApp status, or send it directly. No app to install, no account to create.
- 2
She picks a stylist and time
She only sees what's actually open, by stylist and by service. If two people go for the same slot, the system holds it while one of them finishes booking, and releases it if they don't.
- 3
She confirms with a code
A code arrives by email to confirm it's her. If you require a deposit, she uploads proof of payment and you approve it before the appointment is locked in.
What happens on its own
No one on your team has to remember to do this.
Reminder 6 hours ahead
If she has an email on file, a reminder arrives that same day with the time and the service. No one has to write to her.
Touch-up alert
The system knows how many days each service lasts. As the touch-up date gets close, it emails her and lets you know. It's the appointment that usually gets missed.
Birthday invitation
Once a month, clients with a birthday the following month get an invitation in your salon's name, with your booking link if you have it published. You get the full list.
The day's queue builds itself
Six hours ahead, the day's appointments enter the service queue. The front desk opens in the morning and the order is already set.
You switch the touch-up alert and the birthday invitation on yourself in settings. Anything sent to a client goes out by email, so it reaches the ones who have one on file.
The one who doesn't show up
It's marked on her record
Every appointment closes in one state: completed, canceled, or no-show. Nothing gets deleted — it stays on that client's record.
She can cancel herself
From her own portal, no call and no awkwardness. A cancellation made in time is a slot you can still sell.
Require a deposit when you need to
For long services or new clients, you can require proof of deposit before the appointment counts as confirmed.
What you see
The full week, by stylist
Who has what and at what time, no notebooks.
No double-booking
The system checks for schedule conflicts before saving the appointment.
The whole day's queue
Walk-ins join the same queue as the clients who booked. One order of service, not two lists.
